Schedule a free, no obligation 15 minute discovery call by filling out the form below. We will discuss your unique goals, explain our process and philosophy, and answer any questions. We will seek to understand your personal situation so we can build our partnership on a solid foundation, and ensure a solid working relationship.
CONSULT
After determining we are a good fit in the discovery call, we will schedule an initial consultation. This will be done via Microsoft Teams. We will thoroughly discuss your goals, current diet and lifestyle habits, emotional wellness, supplementation, medical history, and provide several actionable recommendations to get started.
IMPLEMENT
Depending on your situation, we will schedule a follow-up appointment in 3-6 weeks. We will discuss your progress, add new tactics, and make tweaks as needed. This process will likely be repeated 3-6 times until your issues have resolved, and you’ve met your goals. We will maintain open communication throughout.
