Q. What is Paragon Health Coaching?

A. Paragon Health Coaching is a client-focused and holistically oriented coaching company. It was founded in 2022 by Stephen Patrick. PHC focuses on lifestyle interventions to promote wellness in their clients.

Q. Who is Stephen Patrick?

A. Stephen Patrick is a physical therapist who has transitioned into health coaching. He received his DPT from Pitt in 2017, and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified health coach.

Q. What kind of advice can you give?

A. We can advise our clients on diet plans, exercise programs, strategies to improve sleep and manage stress, supplements, and consumer product choices. We cannot prescribe, alter, or discontinue medications, or order or interpret lab work. We cannot give medical advice.

Q. How do you see your clients?

A. We use Microsoft Teams to video conference with our clients.

​

Q. What does the initial consultation look like?

A. You will sign a waiver and complete an intake questionnaire prior to the first visit. This will give your coach an idea of what to expect. The first visit will last approximately one hour. You will receive a follow-up email after this summarizing the visit with your personalized action plan.

Q. How much do you charge?

A. $150 for the initial consultation and $75 for each thirty-minute follow-up session.

Q. How many sessions will I get, and how frequent are they?

A. In theory, you can have as many sessions as you’d like, but the average course will include 4-6 sessions spaced out approximately one month apart.

Q. How do you accept payment?

A. We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or Zelle.
