Everybody has health issues. Comparatively some seem big, some seem small, but as Mohammed Ali sagely noted, "it isn't the mountains ahead to climb that wears you out; it's the pebble in your shoe". No matter what the pebble in your shoe is, we are here to help. Being healthy frees us to devote our energy to whatever causes we see fit. Few people would attempt something grand in a state of dis-ease. Health is wealth, and so many of the enjoyable things in this world are only possible to experience if we are physically, mentally, and emotionally well. We want to address your issues, so you can climb whatever mountain is in your path.

PHC is a holistic outfit that prioritizes client-specific outcomes using nature's healing methods. We are not a health coaching company that pushes fad diets, experimental supplements, or flashy workouts. We firmly believe in the fundamentals, and build our programs from the ground up. We integrate various disciplines and techniques to tailor your plan based on your needs and goals. We combine all of the natural healing modalities to find the best path for our clients. These include exercise, diet, stress management, toxicity and deficiency testing, mental and emotional strategies, grounding and sunlight, and supplementation when necessary. This is our definition of holistic care.

The PHC Process
3 easy steps to a healthier you
Step 1
Free Discovery Call
Schedule a free, no obligation 15 minute discovery call by filling out the form below. We will discuss your unique goals, explain our process and philosophy, and answer any questions. We will seek to understand your personal situation so we can build our partnership on a solid foundation, and ensure a solid working relationship.
Step 2
Consultation and Initiation
After determining we are a good fit in the discovery call, we will schedule an initial consultation. This will be done via Microsoft Teams. We will thoroughly discuss your goals, current diet and lifestyle habits, emotional wellness, supplementation, medical history, and provide several actionable recommendations to get started.
Step 3
Implement Your Plan
Depending on your situation, we will schedule a follow-up appointment in 3-6 weeks. We will discuss your progress, add new tactics, and make tweaks as needed. This process will likely be repeated 3-6 times until your issues have resolved, and you’ve met your goals. We will maintain open communication throughout this process.
At Paragon Health Coaching, we offer a range of services designed to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. We offer virtual visits to clients anywhere, and in-home visits to residents of Pittsburgh, the South Hills, and Washington County on a select basis. Our pricing is detailed in the FAQ section of each service page.

Health Coaching is our flagship service. This entails a consultation with follow-up education and a personalized action plan based on needs and goals. We address diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, supplements, and mental and emotional strategies, and can make consumer product recommendations.

Our personal training service is currently only available to clients based on need, location, and availability. It typically includes twice weekly, hour long sessions. Weights, functional training, and calisthenics are hallmarks of our programs.

Nutritional counseling and weight management are basically subsets of health coaching, but deserve their own mention due to the enormous need for these services in our modern world.
